ATELIER SUR LA MÉDIATION EN MATIÈRE DE PROPRIÉTÉ INDUSTRIELLE

TOUNINA CONSULTING a participé le Mardi, Mars 23, 2021 à un atelier sur la médiation en matière de propriété industrielle organisé, en mode vidéoconférence, par l’Office Marocain de la Propriété Industrielle et Commerciale (OMPIC) en collaboration avec le Centre d’Arbitrage et de Médiation de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI).

Les travaux de cet atelier ont porté notamment sur :

  • La médiation en matière de propriété industrielle et de technologie;
  • La rédaction de clauses de médiation et conventions ad hoc efficaces pour les litiges de propriété intellectuelle et de technologies;
  • Vue d’ensemble sur le Centre d’arbitrage et de médiation de l’OMPI et le Règlement de médiation de l’OMPI.
